Dear Mr. Shock:

We are pleased to respond to your Freedom of Information Act Request (FOIA) for documents explaining the true extent of the President's domestic spying campaign in the War On Terrorism. After documents were reviewed in the office of Secret NSA Director Rear Admiral Chilito Numnutz, redactions were made through careful use of a bold sharpie marker. As a result, the document provided to you contains certain redactions of information in the interest of National Security.

Additionally, as President Bush has declared this month "Openness in Government Month," we are sending along a suitable for framing photograph which became perhaps the most famous fruit of a FOIA request. It depicts Mr. Elvis Presley meeting with President Nixon regarding Mr. Presley becoming Special Federal Agent at Large in the fight against drugs and communism.

Please advise if you have any questions or concerns.

Yours truly,

See, you just have to ask and all will be revealed! It's the new "You Can Ask But We Won't Tell" policy.
