Rev. Smegma calls for regulation of internet depictions of human-animal hybrids

Expressing concerns he says kept him awake after Bush said the government would crack down on human-animal hybridization, Rev. Smegma said that images of human-animal hybridization could lead children astray. Smegma called for tighter internet controls, a ban on depictions of human-animal hybrids in school textbooks, and funding for faith-based anti-hybridization education programs. During a press conference, Smegma put up a poster of the above image, which, he points out, is readily accessible to children for free on the internet. Smegma said, "In my opinion, this is tantamount to pornography."

Smegma provided a link to the image so others could see how easy it is for children to access such shocking things on an unregulated internet.

  • Rev. Smegma's link to shocking human-animal hybrid accessible to innocent children on the unregulated internet

  • Smegma, a member of the Gas County, Kansas, schoolboard, has called for an emergency meeting to review textbooks. "I am partickilarly concerned about some of them mythology texts and the corrupting influence they can have on the youth," Smegma said.

Smegma and Bush apparently believe that humans and nonhuman animals can hybridize. The term "hybrid" is defined: "Genetics: The offspring of genetically dissimilar parents or stock, especially the offspring produced by breeding plants or animals of different varieties, species, or races." (American Heritage Dictionary) While most scientists do not believe that humans and, say, chickens can copulate with the ultimate result of offspring, Bush and Smegma disagree.

If Smegma and the President are correct, we should be finding hybrids, particularly in rural areas. Kinsey reported that 8% of males and 3.5% of females reported have had sex with nonhuman animals. Some have reported that the figure is more like 50% of males in rural areas.
  • Link to report skeptical of these stats
  • A quick study by Rory suggests that the numbers are even higher in rural areas with sheep or hog farms within a 10 mile radius of a church in which abstinence is formally taught as a method of birth control.

Neil: Reverend Smegma is quite upset by Manimal found at your blog and feels that it could have a terribly corrupting influence on the youth. "The more of these images they see, the more used to it they get. Pretty soon, they'll be thinkin' ain't nothin' wrong with it."

Rose: Well, apparently not neil or rory. However, Rev. Smegma gonna do his best to keep things pure.
